In the relaxation classes, a combination of meditations, visualisations and guided hypnotherapy help you to achieve a deep state of relaxation. Taking the time out to do this is a great boost to your physical and mental well-being.

Laughter yoga takes the deep breathing of yoga (Pranayama) combined with playful laughter exercises to help you boost your physical and mental well being.
Laughter yoga isn’t about stretching in poses or balancing on one leg. It can be as gentle or as strenuous as you want it to be. It can be done seated or standing, making it suitable for most people.
Just wear clothes you feel comfortable in and you may need to bring a drink of water, as laughter is thirsty work!
The session starts with an introduction to laughter yoga. The we move onto laughter yoga exercises. After a jolly good laugh, we have a laughter meditation and we wind down with a lovely visualisation.
Laughter yoga gets your endorphins flowing, making you feel great, it can help lower stress and anxiety levels, help improve concentration and give your immune system a boost.
The mindful hypnobirthing 1 day class helps you to mentally prepare for a positive birth. By the end of the class you and your birth partner should feel calm, relaxed, informed, supported and confident in yourselves for birth.
Teaching you mindfulness and hypnobirthing exercises, as well as discussing, fears, partner support, what questions are the right questions to ask. The class really helps you to feel more empowered and ready to prepare for your baby's birth.
FAMILY MINDFULNESS AND LAUGHTER CLASS
My family class is for all the family, using laughter yoga and mindfulness practices, it is tailored to help families boost physical and mental well-being, through fun and learning. The exercises that are taught in class can be replicated at home, helping to build resilience and strengthen relationships.
This class is suitable for children from the age of 4 upwards and those of all abilities can take part.
