I run a wide variety of classes for different needs and for different ages.  From young children to adults.

Do you ever give your brain a break? In today's world, we are constantly busy doing something.

To try and switch off, wind down and relax can be harder than it sounds.

In the relaxation classes, a combination of meditations, visualisations and guided hypnotherapy help you to achieve a deep state of relaxation.  Taking the time out to do this is a great boost to your physical and mental well-being.

Classes run monthly in various locations.  Click here to book.  Private group sessions can be booked also in a venue of your choosing.

Laughter yoga takes the deep breathing of yoga (Pranayama) combined with playful laughter exercises to help you boost your physical and mental well being.

Laughter yoga isn’t about stretching in poses or balancing on one leg.  It can be as gentle or as strenuous as you want it to be.  It can be done seated or standing, making it suitable for most people.

Just wear clothes you feel comfortable in and you may need to bring a drink of water, as laughter is thirsty work!

The session starts with an introduction to laughter yoga. The we move onto laughter yoga exercises.  After a jolly good laugh, we  have a laughter meditation and we wind down with a lovely visualisation.

Laughter yoga gets your endorphins flowing, making you feel great, it can help lower stress and anxiety levels, help improve concentration and give your immune system a boost.

MY 'M'

Menopause is a life changing transitional period that effects not the women who are going through it, but also the people around them.

'My M' is a tailored 6 week course that uses a variety of therapy techniques, along with guidance and support to help you feel in control and find your inner confidence.

My family class is for all the family, using laughter yoga, gibberish and play.  It's such great fun! It is tailored to help families boost physical and mental well-being, through fun and learning.  The exercises that are taught in class can be replicated at home, helping to build resilience and strengthen relationships.

This class is suitable for children from the age of 4 upwards and those of all abilities can take part.
